Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or are not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email us at support@motiopath.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with eligibility confirmation and return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. MotioPath is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Method & Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
No restocking fees apply.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items not in their original, resalable condition
- Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@motiopath.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
