Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times are 10–18 business days for Canada and 10–18 business days for the United States. These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined in our R of these Terms of Service. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are not responsible for inaccurate product descriptions, pricing errors, or typographical mistakes. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
